oneVcard is a product of oneVcard GmbH and the overall winner of this comparison with 91 out of 100 points. The platform combines digital business cards (QR code, Apple and Google Wallet, NFC cards) with a central team and admin console, over 20 integrations, an open REST API and a dedicated email signature management.

The top placement is carried by a consistently high profile: GDPR (94), enterprise integration (92), team and admin management (92), range of features (92) and German-language support (90). oneVcard thus leads not only the overall ranking but also the pure GDPR category. This detail page evaluates the provider by the same, disclosed criteria as all others in the test field.

In terms of data protection, oneVcard achieves the highest GDPR score in the comparison with 94 points, and this can be cleanly substantiated. Operation takes place in its own, ISO 27001 certified data center in Nürnberg; hosting and development take place exclusively in Germany, a transfer to third countries does not take place.

Thus neither data nor development lie outside the German legal framework, a difference from providers that build on US hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is available on request, an external data protection officer (Prof. Dr. Eberhard Schott) is appointed.

Added to this are daily backups, two-factor authentication and regular penetration tests. This combination of a certified data center, consistent Germany-based operation and contractual as well as organizational safeguards is exactly what German and European procurement processes require, and the reason why oneVcard leads the pure GDPR category.

The only qualification: a SOC 2 certification, which is required above all in US-oriented tenders, oneVcard does not hold; for the DACH and EU region, ISO 27001 is the decisive proof.

For enterprise use, oneVcard brings a complete enterprise package (enterprise integration 92, team admin 92). For single sign-on, SAML 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Google Workspace are supported; the automatic user provisioning happens SCIM-like via Entra ID or an HR sync, so that on- and offboarding can be controlled directly from the identity or HR system.

A device rollout via MDM (for example via Microsoft Intune/Entra) is not publicly documented and would have to be confirmed with the provider before signing a contract. Over 20 integrations cover the common enterprise ecosystem, including Entra ID/Azure AD, Google Workspace, SAP, Personio, BambooHR, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics 365, PipeDrive, Make.com and Zapier; in the enterprise plan an open REST API is additionally available.

A central admin console with role-based permissions, CSV/bulk import, analytics, lead scanner and multilingual support rounds off the package. A unique selling point is the dedicated email signature management as its own product: central Outlook and Microsoft 365 signatures via an officially certified Outlook add-in, filled HR-supported.

In the Teams Enterprise plan, white label, a dedicated account manager and an SLA with 99.5% uptime are added. Over 850 companies in the DACH region and the EU use the platform.
