2. Hosting
This website is operated by a service provider (host). When the pages are accessed, the host processes technically necessary data on our behalf (server log files, see point 3). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with the host.
3. Server log files
The provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Contact and consultation form (oneVcard, via HubSpot)
When you submit the contact and consultation form, your details (including name, company, email address, selected criteria and your message) are transmitted directly to our advertising partner oneVcard (oneVcard GmbH, Wörth am Main) so that oneVcard can contact you regarding your enquiry; oneVcard acts as the controller in this respect. The transmission is handled technically via the CRM system HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Ltd. / HubSpot, Inc.); processing in the USA may occur, safeguarded via the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) as well as pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Cookies
For its basic operation, this website uses no non-essential cookies and no tracking. Should analytics or marketing services be added in future, they will only be activated after your consent via a consent banner and added here.
